Manipal Hospital in Vijayawada has received two prestigious awards at the sixth Edition of the ET Healthcare Awards 2026. The hospital was honoured as 'Hospital of the Year – Organ Transplantation – South' for its expertise in various transplant services, including heart, liver, and kidney. Additionally, Dr. G.V. Reddy, a Senior Consultant in Orthopaedics and Robotic Joint Replacement Surgery at the hospital, was recognised as 'Orthopaedic Surgeon of the Year–South'.
