A wild Pallas's cat, known for its grumpy appearance, has taken up residence with her three kittens in a home in Ladakh's Hanle village. The local couple, Tsering Topgyal and Palmo, vacated their house for two months to allow the mother cat to raise her young undisturbed. They alerted the Forest Department, which advised against disturbing the animals and helped secure the property. This unusual den site provided a safe haven close to vital hunting grounds for the elusive species.
