Ukraine has deployed its domestically developed ballistic missile, the FP-7, in combat for the first time. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the missile's combat debut on X, stating its successful use and indicating future production plans. The FP-7, developed by Fire Point, can carry a 200kg payload up to 250 kilometres with high accuracy. This deployment occurs as Ukraine faces significant ammunition shortages and escalates deep strikes into Russian territory, including targeting drone launch sites and oil facilities.
