उत्तर प्रदेश ने टेक्नोलॉजी से जुड़े कामों को आकर्षित करने के लिए नवंबर 2022 में अपनी आईटी और आई.टी.ई.एस. पॉलिसी लॉन्च की है। यह पॉलिसी नई और विस्तार कर रही आईटी और आई.टी.ई.एस. इकाइयों, आईटी पार्कों और रिसर्च सुविधाओं के लिए प्रोत्साहन देती है। बेसिक पात्रता के लिए कम से कम 2 करोड़ रुपये के फिक्स्ड कैपिटल इन्वेस्टमेंट की ज़रूरत है, और सब्सिडी के लिए ऊँचे मापदंड हैं। फायदों में कैपिटल और ऑपरेटिंग खर्च पर सब्सिडी, ज़मीन पर छूट, स्टाम्प ड्यूटी में छूट और ब्याज पर सब्सिडी शामिल हैं। इस पॉलिसी का मकसद निवेश और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट के लिए एक ढाँचा देकर राज्य के टेक्नोलॉजी सेक्टर को बढ़ावा देना है।
