Gulshan Group, Ourika Estates Invest Rs 750 Crore

Gulshan Group and Ourika Estates are partnering to develop two new housing projects in Ghaziabad and Lucknow, with a total investment of Rs 750 crore. The joint venture has acquired land parcels in both cities and plans to develop approximately 1.50 million sq ft of built-up area. This initiative aims to create premium residential developments and expand their portfolio in North India's growth corridors.

गुलशन ग्रुप और ओरिका एस्टेट्स मिलकर गाजियाबाद और लखनऊ में दो नए हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्ट्स ला रहे हैं। इसमें कुल 750 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश होगा। दोनों कंपनियों ने दोनों शहरों में ज़मीन खरीद ली है और करीब 15 लाख वर्ग फुट का निर्माण करने की योजना है। इस कदम से उत्तर भारत के विकासशील इलाकों में प्रीमियम घर बनेंगे और उनका पोर्टफोलियो बढ़ेगा।
