Adani Enterprises reported a 55% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹1,492 crore for the September quarter, even as revenue from operations surged by 75% to ₹37,216 crore. This profit drop occurred because total expenses increased by 71% to ₹36,021 crore. The company's copper business significantly boosted revenue, with sales volume rising substantially. Management indicated the group is transitioning from a build-out phase to value realization, planning significant capital expenditure in upcoming years.
