Delhi government has announced its Winter Action Plan for 2026-27 to combat air pollution, shifting to preventive measures. Key strategies include strengthening the 'No PUCC-No Fuel' campaign, increasing public transport usage, and implementing staggered office timings with 50% work-from-home. Stricter curbs on construction activities will be enforced from November 1 to January 31, with a complete ban from December 10 to January 20. The plan also involves enhancing air quality monitoring stations and deploying enforcement teams.

दिल्ली सरकार ने वायु प्रदूषण से निपटने के लिए 2026-27 के लिए अपना विंटर एक्शन प्लान घोषित किया है, जो निवारक उपायों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगा। मुख्य रणनीतियों में 'नो PUCC-नो फ्यूल' अभियान को मजबूत करना, सार्वजनिक परिवहन के उपयोग को बढ़ाना और 50% वर्क-फ्रॉम-होम के साथ ऑफिस के समय में बदलाव लागू करना शामिल है। निर्माण गतिविधियों पर सख्त प्रतिबंध 1 नवंबर से 31 जनवरी तक लागू रहेंगे, और 10 दिसंबर से 20 जनवरी तक पूर्ण प्रतिबंध रहेगा। इस योजना में वायु गुणवत्ता निगरानी स्टेशनों को बढ़ाना और प्रवर्तन टीमों को तैनात करना भी शामिल है।
