Uttar Pradesh police personnel on field duty are set to receive increased allowances, announced by the government ahead of Diwali. This decision benefits sub-inspectors, inspectors, constables, head constables, and PPS officers. The monthly motorcycle allowance for sub-inspectors and inspectors will rise from ₹700 to ₹1,000. Additionally, the annual uniform allowance for PPS officers has been significantly increased from ₹6,400 to ₹15,000. Constables and head constables will see their monthly allowance increase from ₹2,000 to ₹2,500. This move aims to provide financial relief to police personnel engaged in field operations.

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने दिवाली से पहले फील्ड ड्यूटी पर तैनात पुलिसकर्मियों के भत्ते में बढ़ोतरी की घोषणा की है। इस फैसले से सब-इंस्पेक्टर, इंस्पेक्टर, कांस्टेबल, हेड कांस्टेबल और पीपीएस अफसरों को फायदा होगा। सब-इंस्पेक्टरों और इंस्पेक्टरों के लिए मासिक मोटरसाइकिल भत्ता ₹700 से बढ़कर ₹1,000 हो जाएगा। इसके अलावा, पीपीएस अफसरों के लिए वार्षिक वर्दी भत्ता ₹6,400 से काफी बढ़ाकर ₹15,000 कर दिया गया है। कांस्टेबल और हेड कांस्टेबल का मासिक भत्ता ₹2,000 से बढ़कर ₹2,500 हो जाएगा। इस कदम का मकसद फील्ड ऑपरेशन में लगे पुलिसकर्मियों को आर्थिक राहत देना है।
