10 Convicts Get Death Penalty For 2013 Maoist

A special NIA court in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, has sentenced all 10 convicts to death for their involvement in the 2013 Jhiram Valley Maoist attack. The attack, which occurred on May 25, 2013, claimed the lives of approximately 29 people, including senior Congress leaders. The convicts were found guilty under various sections of the IPC, Arms Act, Explosive Substances Act, and UA(P) Act.

छत्तीसगढ़ के जगदलपुर में NIA की एक विशेष अदालत ने 2013 के झीरम घाटी माओवादी हमले में शामिल सभी 10 दोषियों को मौत की सज़ा सुनाई है। यह हमला 25 मई 2013 को हुआ था, जिसमें कांग्रेस के कई बड़े नेताओं समेत करीब 29 लोगों की जान गई थी। इन दोषियों को IPC, आर्म्स एक्ट, विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम और UA(P) एक्ट की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत दोषी पाया गया।
