He had purchased the properties from Salesforce founder Marc Benioff almost a decade ago for $36 million. The combined sale price represents a significant financial gain, nearly doubling his initial investment. This transaction is one of the largest residential property deals in San Francisco's history, with the homes sold separately on the same day. Ulrich has also recently divested other real estate holdings.
