IIM-Lucknow to Launch 2-Year MBA in Family Business Next Year

The Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L) will introduce a specialized two-year MBA program in Family Business from its Noida campus next year. This four-semester course is designed to address the unique dynamics and complexities of family-owned enterprises, which constitute a significant portion of businesses globally. The program, with a fee of ₹25 lakh, requires participants to have an annual business turnover of at least ₹20 crore. It aims to equip owners and stakeholders with structured problem-solving skills and enhance their leadership capabilities in managing generational transitions and business growth.

इंडियन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट, लखनऊ (आईआईएम-एल) अगले साल अपने नोएडा कैंपस से फैमिली बिजनेस में दो साल का विशेष एमबीए प्रोग्राम शुरू करेगा। यह चार सेमेस्टर का कोर्स फैमिली-ओन्ड एंटरप्राइजेज की अनूठी गतिशीलता और जटिलताओं को दूर करने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है, जो विश्व स्तर पर व्यवसायों का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा हैं। ₹25 लाख की फीस वाले इस प्रोग्राम के लिए प्रतिभागियों के पास कम से कम ₹20 करोड़ का वार्षिक बिजनेस टर्नओवर होना आवश्यक है। इसका उद्देश्य मालिकों और हितधारकों को संरचित समस्या-समाधान कौशल से लैस करना और पीढ़ियों के बदलाव और बिजनेस ग्रोथ के प्रबंधन में उनकी नेतृत्व क्षमताओं को बढ़ाना है।
