तेलंगाना के मलकाजगिरी पुलिस ने 'सहचारी' नाम से एक कम्युनिटी पुलिसिंग प्रोग्राम शुरू किया है। इसका मकसद सुरक्षा और बचाव को बेहतर बनाना है। इस प्रोग्राम के तहत, सेल्फ-हेल्प ग्रुप्स (SHGs) की 3,000 महिलाओं को ट्रेनिंग दी गई है। यह पहल महिलाओं को अपराध रोकने और रिपोर्ट करने में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने के लिए सशक्त बनाने पर ज़ोर देती है।
