Prithviraj, who earned a master's degree in France and had job offers in Paris, chose entrepreneurship in India. He transformed his family's abandoned poultry shed into a commercial oyster mushroom farm in Devanahalli, on Bengaluru's outskirts. Starting with a mere ₹180 experiment using 10 growing bags, the venture has now expanded to approximately 4,000 bags. The farm produces around 45 kg of mushrooms daily, with estimated monthly revenues nearing ₹4 lakh. This success highlights recognizing unused assets and testing ideas on a small scale.
