Actor Mark Wahlberg has sold a 2.5-acre plot of vacant land in Las Vegas for $17.25 million, two and a half years after purchasing it for $15.6 million. He had acquired the exclusive Summerlin property in 2022 with plans to build a family home and studio. However, construction never began on the site. The sale, which closed in December 2024, resulted in a profit of approximately $1.65 million before expenses. The transaction was managed through a trust, with the buyer identified as Summit PS LLC.
