सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गुवाहाटी हाई कोर्ट के 27 लोगों को विदेशी घोषित करने वाले आदेश को रद्द कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि प्रभावित लोगों को सुनवाई का मौका नहीं दिया गया, जो कि उचित प्रक्रिया नहीं है। ट्रिब्यूनल और हाई कोर्ट दोनों से यह चूक हुई। इस वजह से कई आदेशों को खारिज कर दिया गया।
