Ladakh Victims Remembered With Candle March

Members of the All Ladakh Students’ Welfare Association Chandigarh held a candle march at Panjab University to commemorate victims of an incident in Ladakh last year. Participants observed a minute's silence and paid tribute, expressing solidarity with the families. The association also demanded an increase in compensation for victims' families from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 1 crore, urging the government to consider this support for those who suffered irreparable loss.

लद्दाख पीड़ितों को कैंडल मार्च से याद किया गया

चंडीगढ़ में ऑल लद्दाख स्टूडेंट्स वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के सदस्यों ने पिछले साल लद्दाख में हुई एक घटना के पीड़ितों की याद में पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी में कैंडल मार्च निकाला। उन्होंने एक मिनट का मौन रखकर श्रद्धांजलि दी और परिवारों के प्रति एकजुटता जताई। एसोसिएशन ने पीड़ितों के परिवारों के लिए मुआवजे की राशि 15 लाख रुपये से बढ़ाकर 1 करोड़ रुपये करने की मांग की, ताकि सरकार इस नुकसान की भरपाई में मदद कर सके।
