Thousands were detained in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru as solidarity protests faced police barricades. CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke and other leaders were among those detained in Delhi, where over 7,000 people were held. While most detainees were released later, three party leaders remained in custody. The demonstrations highlighted widespread dissent against the election process.
