Drone Attack Sinks Ship Off Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast

Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev announced that a drone attack damaged two ships off the country's Black Sea coast, resulting in one vessel sinking. The Ukrainian-owned Chelsea 3, sailing under a Maltese flag, was hit by three drones approximately 18 nautical miles offshore. Its 15-man crew, comprising seven Ukrainians and eight Azerbaijanis, were rescued, with five receiving medical attention but no serious injuries. Radev noted the incident benefits Russia and that the Russian ambassador would be summoned.
