UPI Charge Not Tax, Government Clarifies

सरकारी सूत्रों और NPCI ने साफ किया है कि UPI चार्ज कोई टैक्स या सरचार्ज नहीं है, बल्कि यह मर्चेंट की तरफ से पेमेंट प्रोसेस करने की फीस है। यह बात ग्राहकों और UPI इस्तेमाल करने वाले कारोबारियों के लिए ज़रूरी है। इससे यह भी साफ हो गया है कि ज़्यादातर UPI ट्रांज़ैक्शन पर इसका कोई असर नहीं पड़ेगा और पेमेंट पहले की तरह आसान रहेगा।
