Teenager Trafficked From Hirakud Rescued In Madhya Pradesh

A 17-year-old girl, who was allegedly kidnapped from Hirakud two months ago and sold, has been rescued by police in Madhya Pradesh's Damoh district. A complaint was lodged in September after the girl went missing, leading to the formation of a special team. Investigation revealed she was taken to Damoh, where police successfully rescued her and arrested one suspect. The minor was allegedly lured with money and sold for lakhs of rupees. A case has been registered under the Pocso Act and human trafficking laws.

हीराकुड से दो महीने पहले कथित तौर पर अगवा कर बेची गई 17 साल की लड़की को मध्य प्रदेश के दमोह जिले में पुलिस ने बचा लिया है। लड़की के लापता होने के बाद सितंबर में शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई थी, जिसके बाद एक विशेष टीम बनाई गई। जांच में पता चला कि उसे दमोह ले जाया गया था, जहां पुलिस ने उसे सफलतापूर्वक बचा लिया और एक संदिग्ध को गिरफ्तार किया। नाबालिग को कथित तौर पर पैसों का लालच देकर लाखों रुपये में बेचा गया था। पोस्को एक्ट और मानव तस्करी कानूनों के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
