Three Arrested After Liquor Bottles Found At Bihar Pharma Firm During Raid

Bihar drug control department officials arrested three individuals and sent them to jail after discovering a large quantity of liquor bottles at Cellulas Pharma Private Limited in Kankarbagh. The raid, conducted on Friday following a tip-off, revealed the firm failed to produce essential medicine purchase and sale records. Furthermore, the drug licence covered only one room, but medicines were stored in four, and expired medicines were seized. The firm has been directed to submit required documents within five days for further action.

बिहार के ड्रग कंट्रोल डिपार्टमेंट के अधिकारियों ने कंकरबाग स्थित सेल्युलस फार्मा प्राइवेट लिमिटेड में भारी मात्रा में शराब की बोतलें मिलने के बाद तीन लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया। शुक्रवार को एक टिप-ऑफ के बाद की गई छापेमारी में पता चला कि फर्म आवश्यक दवा खरीद और बिक्री के रिकॉर्ड पेश करने में विफल रही। इसके अलावा, दवा लाइसेंस केवल एक कमरे के लिए था, लेकिन दवाओं को चार कमरों में संग्रहीत किया गया था, और एक्सपायर्ड दवाओं को जब्त कर लिया गया। आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए फर्म को पांच दिनों के भीतर आवश्यक दस्तावेज जमा करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
