Telangana Govt to Boost Revenue Through Land Assets & Tourism Investments

The Telangana government plans to enhance revenue by effectively utilizing state resources, focusing on implementing the HILT policy and attracting tourism investments. Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka has directed officials to maximize revenue from government lands and assets, increase their value, and foster an investor-friendly environment. Officials are also tasked with expediting clearances for HILT policy applications and preparing detailed project reports for tourism sector investment opportunities. The state aims to develop projects capable of attracting significant domestic and international investment, including transforming 11 forts into tourism destinations.

तेलंगाना सरकार राज्य के संसाधनों का प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग करके राजस्व बढ़ाने की योजना बना रही है, जिसमें HILT नीति को लागू करने और पर्यटन निवेश को आकर्षित करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया है। उप मुख्यमंत्री भट्टी विक्रमार्क ने अधिकारियों को सरकारी भूमि और संपत्तियों से राजस्व को अधिकतम करने, उनके मूल्य को बढ़ाने और निवेशक-अनुकूल माहौल को बढ़ावा देने का निर्देश दिया है। अधिकारियों को HILT नीति के आवेदनों के लिए क्लीयरेंस में तेजी लाने और पर्यटन क्षेत्र में निवेश के अवसरों के लिए विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट तैयार करने का भी काम सौंपा गया है।
