A Bengaluru-based tech professional has urged Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary to develop a robust IT ecosystem within the state. Rahul Kumar Yadav highlighted that while living in Patna is more affordable than Bengaluru, the lack of IT opportunities forces many Biharis to work elsewhere. He argued that bringing IT companies to Bihar would allow earnings to circulate locally, creating jobs and boosting the economy. Yadav's call aims to retain talent and foster economic growth within Bihar, rather than seeing talent contribute to other states' economies.
