Devotees in Lucknow bid a tearful farewell to Lord Ganesha on Thursday, marking the conclusion of Ganeshotsav celebrations. The idol was immersed at Jhulelal Vatika after a final puja and aarti at the Lucknow Ke Maharaja pandal. Many devotees offered prayers for personal wishes, including academic success, government jobs, and recovery from illness. The atmosphere was a mix of devotion, celebration, and sadness as chants of "Ganpati Bappa Morya" filled the air.

लखनऊ में भक्तों ने भगवान गणेश को दी विदाई

लखनऊ में गुरुवार को भक्तों ने भगवान गणेश को नम आँखों से विदाई दी। इसी के साथ गणेशोत्सव का समापन हो गया। लखनऊ के महाराजा पंडाल में अंतिम पूजा और आरती के बाद प्रतिमा को झूलेलाल वाटिका में विसर्जित किया गया। कई भक्तों ने पढ़ाई में सफलता, सरकारी नौकरी और बीमारी से मुक्ति जैसी मन्नतें मांगीं। "गणपति बप्पा मोरिया" के जयकारों के बीच भक्ति, उत्सव और उदासी का माहौल था।
