YouTuber Dhruv Rathee Faces Arrest Warrant Over 2018 Defamation Case

A Delhi court has issued a bailable warrant against YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a criminal defamation case filed in 2018. The case was initiated by Vikas Pandey, a member of the BJP IT cell, who accused Rathee of defamation through a video. The warrant was issued after a process server reported Rathee's house was locked when attempting to serve a summons.

दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने 2018 में दायर आपराधिक मानहानि मामले में यूट्यूबर ध्रुव राठी के खिलाफ जमानती वारंट जारी किया है। यह मामला बीजेपी आईटी सेल के सदस्य विकास पांडे ने राठी पर एक वीडियो के जरिए मानहानि का आरोप लगाते हुए दायर किया था। समन तामील करने की कोशिश के दौरान राठी का घर बंद मिलने पर प्रक्रिया सर्वर की रिपोर्ट के बाद वारंट जारी किया गया।
