Surat Police Issue Notice To Navratri Organisers For Lacking Permissions

Saroli police in Surat have issued a notice to the organisers of JG Navratri, directing them not to proceed with Garba celebrations without requisite licences and permissions. The organisers had planned to hold the event to but allegedly failed to submit necessary documents for a premises licence. Police stated that approvals from the roads and buildings department, fire safety clearance, and a structural stability report were among the missing mandatory permissions. Legal action will be initiated if the event continues without proper authorisation.

सूरत में सरौली पुलिस ने जेजी नवरात्रि के आयोजकों को नोटिस जारी किया है। उन्हें आवश्यक लाइसेंस और परमिशन के बिना गरबा उत्सव आयोजित न करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। आयोजकों ने कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने की योजना बनाई थी, लेकिन कथित तौर पर परिसर लाइसेंस के लिए जरूरी दस्तावेज जमा नहीं किए। पुलिस ने बताया कि सड़क और भवन विभाग से मंजूरी, फायर सेफ्टी क्लीयरेंस और स्ट्रक्चरल स्टेबिलिटी रिपोर्ट जैसी अनिवार्य अनुमतियां गायब थीं। उचित प्राधिकरण के बिना कार्यक्रम जारी रहने पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
