A massive fire erupted at the Surat textile market, causing damage to over a dozen shops. The blaze required a significant response, with 25 firefighting vehicles and nearly 150 personnel deployed. Chief Fire Officer Basant Pareek confirmed the extensive deployment of resources, including turntable ladders and hydraulic platforms, to combat the inferno.

सूरत के कपड़ा बाज़ार में भीषण आग लग गई, जिससे एक दर्जन से ज़्यादा दुकानें जल गईं। आग बुझाने के लिए 25 दमकल गाड़ियाँ और करीब 150 जवान लगाए गए। चीफ फायर ऑफिसर बसंत पारेक ने बताया कि आग से लड़ने के लिए टर्नटेबल लैडर और हाइड्रोलिक प्लेटफॉर्म जैसी कई चीज़ें इस्तेमाल की गईं।
