Mumbai Premium Homes 6.2% Costlier Annually

Prime residential property prices in Mumbai increased by 6.2 per cent in the June quarter compared to a year ago. This growth places Mumbai eighth globally among 46 cities tracked for prime home price appreciation. Globally, prime residential prices across tracked cities rose 2.6 per cent annually. Among Indian cities, Bengaluru and New Delhi also saw price increases, ranking 12th and 17th respectively. This sustained demand in Mumbai's premium housing market highlights its resilience and attractiveness for long-term investment.
