Sydney gardener Nathan Stafford offered a homeless man named Robert work instead of spare change. Robert, who was seeking money for food and had his belongings in a trolley, agreed to help Stafford clear leaves. After completing the task, Stafford paid Robert $100, stating he wanted to help him earn money with dignity. Stafford, who has experienced homelessness himself, understood Robert's situation and also provided him with food and warm clothes.
