Jharkhand's First Grain ATM To Become Functional Post Durga Puja

Jharkhand's first automated food grain dispensing machine, known as Annapurti ATM, is set to become functional in Jamshedpur after Durga Puja. Currently undergoing trial runs and technical assessments, the machine is designed for efficient and transparent distribution of food grains. Ration cardholders will use biometric authentication and a touchscreen to receive their allotted wheat or rice, with the process expected to take about ten minutes. This initiative, part of a Centre-backed World Food Programme project, aims to enhance the public distribution system's convenience and transparency.

झारखंड का पहला ऑटोमेटेड अनाज बांटने वाला मशीन, जिसे अन्नपूर्ती एटीएम कहा जाता है, दुर्गा पूजा के बाद जमशेदपुर में चालू होने वाला है। अभी इसका ट्रायल चल रहा है और टेक्निकल जांच हो रही है। यह मशीन अनाज को अच्छे और पारदर्शी तरीके से बांटने के लिए बनाई गई है। राशन कार्ड वाले लोग बायोमेट्रिक पहचान और टचस्क्रीन का इस्तेमाल करके अपना गेहूं या चावल ले सकेंगे, जिसमें करीब दस मिनट लगेंगे। यह सेंटर के सपोर्ट वाले World Food Programme प्रोजेक्ट का हिस्सा है, जिसका मकसद पब्लिक डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन सिस्टम को आसान और पारदर्शी बनाना है।
