The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered an inquiry into alleged misconduct by IAS officer Kumar Rajiv Ranjan towards a female JKAS officer. Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner/Secretary of the Housing and Urban Development Department, has been appointed as the inquiry officer. She is tasked with investigating allegations of misconduct by IAS Kumar Rajiv Ranjan against Binish Wani, Assistant Director of the Employment Department in Ganderbal. The inquiry officer must submit her report within 15 days. This action follows a controversial video of a 'Mission Yuva' review meeting going viral.

जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार ने IAS अधिकारी कुमार राजीव रंजन द्वारा एक महिला JKAS अधिकारी के प्रति कथित कदाचार की जांच का आदेश दिया है। आवास और शहरी विकास विभाग की आयुक्त/सचिव मंदीप कौर को जांच अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है। उन्हें गंदरबल में रोजगार विभाग की सहायक निदेशक, बिनीश वानी के खिलाफ IAS कुमार राजीव रंजन द्वारा कदाचार के आरोपों की जांच करने का काम सौंपा गया है। जांच अधिकारी को अपनी रिपोर्ट 15 दिनों के भीतर जमा करनी होगी। यह कार्रवाई 'मिशन युवा' की समीक्षा बैठक के एक विवादास्पद वीडियो के वायरल होने के बाद हुई है।
