The chipmaker's affiliate sold the shares at a discount to the previous closing price. This marks another significant bulk deal for Shadowfax, following similar sales by PE firm TPG. Investors are reportedly booking profits amid a sharp rise in Shadowfax's stock price, which has surged over 122% in the last six months.
