CBI Searches Punjab CM's Camp Office After FIR Against OSD

The CBI has registered an FIR against OSD, Rajbir Ghuman, and five others in a corruption case. Searches were conducted at eight locations, including the CM's camp office in Chandigarh and Ghuman's native village. The FIR follows a report from the Enforcement Directorate and orders from the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Allegations involve influencing postings of IAS and IPS officers and manipulating departmental matters for pecuniary benefits. Laptops, mobile phones, and financial documents were seized during the searches.

सीबीआई ने भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में ओएसडी राजबीर घुमन और पांच अन्य के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की है। सीएम के चंडीगढ़ स्थित कैंप ऑफिस और घुमन के पैतृक गांव सहित आठ ठिकानों पर तलाशी ली गई। यह एफआईआर प्रवर्तन निदेशालय की रिपोर्ट और पंजाब-हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट के आदेशों के बाद दर्ज की गई है। आरोपों में आईएएस और आईपीएस अधिकारियों की पोस्टिंग को प्रभावित करना और वित्तीय लाभ के लिए विभागीय मामलों में हेरफेर करना शामिल है। तलाशी के दौरान लैपटॉप, मोबाइल फोन और वित्तीय दस्तावेज जब्त किए गए।
