Former Ward Councillor's House Targeted in Midnight Firing Incident

Unidentified assailants opened indiscriminate fire on the residence of former ward councillor Rekha Devi in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, late at night. The incident, which occurred around 1 AM, caused panic in the Sikandarpur police station area. Two criminals on a motorcycle fled the scene after the attack, leaving behind two empty cartridges and one live round recovered by the police. The firing damaged a car parked outside and left marks on the house's shutter.

बिहार के मुजफ्फरपुर में अज्ञात हमलावरों ने देर रात पूर्व वार्ड पार्षद रेखा देवी के घर पर अंधाधुंध फायरिंग की। यह घटना रात करीब 1 बजे हुई, जिससे सिकंदरपुर थाना क्षेत्र में दहशत फैल गई। हमले के बाद एक मोटरसाइकिल पर सवार दो अपराधी मौके से फरार हो गए। पुलिस ने मौके से दो खाली कारतूस और एक जिंदा कारतूस बरामद किया है। फायरिंग से बाहर खड़ी एक कार क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई और घर के शटर पर भी निशान पड़ गए।
