Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that serving the people is his lifelong dream while interacting with women workers at a garment manufacturing unit inauguration in Varanasi. He inaugurated the ₹150-crore garment plant of Arvind Limited, emphasizing women empowerment and the 'Your Skill, Your Identity' theme. The facility aims to provide employment to thousands, with over 300 local women already recruited and undergoing training. Products from Banaras, including sportswear and undergarments for multinational brands, will be exported globally, strengthening the textile ecosystem.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने वाराणसी में एक गारमेंट मैन्युफैक्चरिंग यूनिट के उद्घाटन के मौके पर महिलाओं से बातचीत करते हुए कहा कि लोगों की सेवा करना उनका जीवन भर का सपना है। उन्होंने अरविंद लिमिटेड के ₹150 करोड़ के गारमेंट प्लांट का उद्घाटन किया, जिसमें महिला सशक्तिकरण और 'आपकी स्किल, आपकी पहचान' थीम पर जोर दिया गया। इस सुविधा का लक्ष्य हजारों लोगों को रोजगार देना है, जिसमें 300 से अधिक स्थानीय महिलाओं को पहले ही भर्ती कर लिया गया है और वे ट्रेनिंग ले रही हैं। बनारस के उत्पाद, जिनमें मल्टीनेशनल ब्रांडों के लिए स्पोर्ट्सवियर और अंडरगारमेंट्स शामिल हैं, का विश्व स्तर पर निर्यात किया जाएगा, जिससे टेक्सटाइल इकोसिस्टम मजबूत होगा।
