Tamil Nadu Police Transfer Crypto Fraud Cases

The Tamil Nadu Police have transferred six cryptocurrency fraud cases to the Economic Offences Wing for further investigation. Preliminary findings suggest investors were instructed to pay in cash, G-Pay, or UPI. A portion of the collected funds was allegedly converted into Tether (USDT) and deposited into FQL and VG wallets. This move aims to consolidate and expedite the investigation into these complex financial crimes.

तमिलनाडु पुलिस ने छह क्रिप्टो करेंसी धोखाधड़ी के मामलों को आगे की जांच के लिए आर्थिक अपराध शाखा (Economic Offences Wing) को सौंप दिया है। शुरुआती जांच में पता चला है कि निवेशकों से नकद, G-Pay या UPI में भुगतान करने को कहा गया था। कथित तौर पर जमा किए गए पैसों में से कुछ को Tether (USDT) में बदलकर FQL और VG वॉलेट में जमा किया गया। इस कदम से इन जटिल वित्तीय अपराधों की जांच को मजबूत और तेज करने में मदद मिलेगी।
