Telangana CEO Rejects Disputed Form 7 Applications, Rules Out Bulk Deletions

Telangana Chief Electoral Officer C Sudarshan Reddy has addressed concerns regarding alleged bulk submissions of Form 7 applications in Musheerabad and Goshamahal. He stated that disputed forms were found incomplete or inadequately filled and have been rejected, allaying fears of electoral roll manipulation. Reddy clarified that while booth-level agents can submit up to 30 forms, each must be properly filled and will be independently scrutinized. This action aims to ensure the integrity of the electoral process amidst ongoing revisions.

तेलंगाना के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी सी. सुदर्शन रेड्डी ने मुशीरबाद और गोशामहल में फॉर्म 7 आवेदनों के कथित बल्क सबमिशन के बारे में चिंताओं को दूर किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि विवादित फॉर्म अधूरे या अपर्याप्त रूप से भरे पाए गए थे और उन्हें खारिज कर दिया गया है, जिससे चुनावी सूची में हेरफेर के डर को शांत किया गया है। रेड्डी ने स्पष्ट किया कि बूथ-स्तरीय एजेंट 30 फॉर्म तक जमा कर सकते हैं, लेकिन प्रत्येक को ठीक से भरा जाना चाहिए और स्वतंत्र रूप से जांच की जाएगी। यह कार्रवाई चल रहे संशोधनों के बीच चुनावी प्रक्रिया की अखंडता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से की गई है।
