Adani Total Gas Hikes CNG Prices by ₹4.45/kg Amid Rising Procurement Costs

Adani Total Gas Ltd has increased Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) prices by ₹4.45 per kg, citing higher procurement costs. These rising costs are attributed to surging international Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) prices, reduced domestic gas availability, and upstream supply curtailments. For instance, CNG now costs ₹98.47 per kg in Ahmedabad and ₹102.60 per kg in Faridabad. The company stated that this price adjustment is a calibrated measure to partly offset increased expenses while ensuring uninterrupted supply.

अडानी टोटल गैस लिमिटेड ने खरीद लागत बढ़ने के कारण कंप्रेस्ड नेचुरल गैस (CNG) की कीमतों में ₹4.45 प्रति किलो की बढ़ोतरी की है। यह बढ़ती लागत अंतरराष्ट्रीय लिक्विफाइड नेचुरल गैस (LNG) की कीमतों में उछाल, घरेलू गैस की उपलब्धता में कमी और अपस्ट्रीम आपूर्ति में कटौती के कारण है। उदाहरण के लिए, अहमदाबाद में सीएनजी अब ₹98.47 प्रति किलो और फरीदाबाद में ₹102.60 प्रति किलो हो गई है। कंपनी ने कहा कि यह मूल्य समायोजन बढ़ी हुई लागत की आंशिक भरपाई करने और निर्बाध आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक मापा हुआ कदम है।
