Mandaviya: AI Boom Requires Continuous Reskilling

केंद्रीय मंत्री Mansukh Mandaviya ने AI और नई तकनीकों के हिसाब से ढलने के लिए लगातार री-स्किलिंग और भविष्य के लिए तैयार औद्योगिक संबंधों की व्यवस्था की ज़रूरत पर ज़ोर दिया। CII सम्मेलन में बोलते हुए, उन्होंने काम की बदलती दुनिया को संभालने के लिए नियोक्ताओं और श्रमिकों के बीच सार्थक सामाजिक संवाद का आह्वान किया। Mandaviya ने श्रमिकों की सुरक्षा और सामाजिक सुरक्षा बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ विकास-समर्थक ढांचा बनाने में चार Labour Codes की भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने 2047 तक समावेशी विकास और भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनाने के लक्ष्य के लिए एक मज़बूत साझेदारी संस्कृति बनाने के वास्ते मिलकर काम करने का आग्रह किया।
