ED Seizes Cash, Jewellery From Gold Company

ED has seized Rs 7.5 lakh in cash, gold and silver jewellery, and foreign currencies from premises linked to Attica Gold Pvt Ltd. Searches were conducted across 16 locations in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Visakhapatnam. The ED initiated this investigation based on multiple FIRs and chargesheets filed by police alleging the firm's habitual dealing in stolen gold articles. Key individuals associated with the company have reportedly remained absconding since the searches began on Wednesday.
