Saharanpur Mosque Demolition Case: UP Govt Files Reply in Allahabad HC

The Uttar Pradesh government and district administration have filed their response in the Allahabad High Court regarding the demolition of a mosque in Saharanpur. The court has granted the mosque's representatives three weeks to study the reply and file their own response. The dispute concerns a structure built on approximately 315 square meters of government land, which was demolished, in the presence of officials. Previously, the High Court had stayed the recovery of a ₹6 crore fine imposed on the mosque management.
