Two individuals died and two others sustained severe burn injuries after a head-on collision between two motorcycles near the Nagampatti toll plaza in Krishnagiri district on Monday morning. The impact caused one motorcycle's fuel tank to explode, igniting a fire that engulfed both vehicles and their riders. One of the deceased was identified as Velu, aged 27, while Thirupathi, aged 30, is undergoing treatment for severe burns. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident, with the identity of the deceased still unconfirmed.
