Kanpur Man Dies Under Suspicious Circumstances; Family Accuses Wife and In-Laws

A 30-year-old man, Rajiv Nishad, died under suspicious circumstances in Kanpur early Friday. His family has accused his wife, Anjali Nishad, her parents, Asha and Raju, and her brothers, Ram and Shyam, of assaulting him. The family alleges the accused arrived at Rajiv's house around 1 am and beat him, after which he was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead. Police have sent the body for a postmortem to determine the cause of death and stated they will investigate the murder allegations.
