A Florida mother, Irene Miller, 50, has been arrested on four counts of child neglect after leaving her four children, aged 9 to 14, unsupervised for extended periods during a five-day work trip to Las Vegas. The children were left alone for approximately 16 hours daily, with a babysitter living two hours away. The neglect came to light when the youngest child was injured by a falling dumbbell and required hospital treatment. Miller was apprehended at Orlando International Airport upon her return and has since been released on bond.
