Russia was the EU's second-largest supplier of liquefied natural gas (LNG) by value in July, following the United States. Russian LNG supplies to the EU were valued at approximately 607 million euros in July, marking a 12% decrease compared to the previous year. The US led supplies with 53.9% and 1.8 billion euros. Overall, Europe imported 5.15 billion euros worth of LNG from Russia between January and July.
