This program extends leadership roles beyond the president's position to include secretary and joint secretary posts, offering real opportunities for women to take charge. Students selected are accomplished in sports, arts, and extracurriculars, aiming to contribute policy ideas. The initiative prioritizes women's safety, with initial leaders focusing on issues in North Campus PGs and discussing them with DUSU president.
