Kerala HC Likely To Hear Ex-CM Pinarayi Vijayan's Plea Tomorrow In Pay-off Case

The Kerala High Court is expected to hear appeals filed by former CM Pinarayi Vijayan and relatives challenging a single bench order. This order directed the registration of a vigilance case against them based on ED recommendations concerning the alleged CMRL-Exalogic pay-off case. The Supreme Court had previously set aside a division bench order upholding the single bench's directive and stayed the vigilance probe for ten days.

केरल हाई कोर्ट से पूर्व CM पिनराई विजयन और रिश्तेदारों की याचिकाओं पर कल सुनवाई होने की उम्मीद है। ये याचिकाएं सिंगल बेंच के उस आदेश को चुनौती दे रही हैं जिसमें ED की सिफारिशों के आधार पर CMRL-Exalogic पे-ऑफ मामले में उनके खिलाफ विजिलेंस केस दर्ज करने का निर्देश दिया गया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पहले डिवीजन बेंच के उस आदेश को रद्द कर दिया था जिसने सिंगल बेंच के निर्देश को बरकरार रखा था और विजिलेंस जांच पर दस दिनों के लिए रोक लगा दी थी।
