India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in Baku to enhance cooperation in trade, investment, energy, and tourism. The discussions focused on expanding bilateral relations, particularly in economic areas where their economies are complementary. Both ministers agreed to coordinate more closely on the International North-South Transport Corridor to improve connectivity. They also discussed deepening political consultations, increasing visits, and promoting people-to-people ties between the two nations.
