Singareni Skill Training Empowers 112 Youth With Jobs

Singareni Collieries' skill training program has successfully provided employment opportunities to 112 local youth, including 87 women. Candidates were trained and selected for roles at Foxconn in Hyderabad and as Solar Technicians with L&T Company. The Singareni GVTC Skill Development Centre, launched two years ago, aims to link skill development with in-demand job market courses. This initiative has already facilitated employment for over 500 individuals, fostering financial independence and a better future for youth in coal mine-affected areas.

सिंगरेनी कोलियरीज के स्किल ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम ने 112 स्थानीय युवाओं को नौकरी के मौके दिए हैं, जिनमें 87 महिलाएं शामिल हैं। कैंडिडेट्स को हैदराबाद में Foxconn और L&T Company में सोलर टेक्नीशियन के तौर पर ट्रेनिंग देकर चुना गया। दो साल पहले शुरू हुए सिंगरेनी GVTC स्किल डेवलपमेंट सेंटर का मकसद स्किल डेवलपमेंट को डिमांड वाले जॉब मार्केट कोर्सेज से जोड़ना है। इस पहल से अब तक 500 से ज्यादा लोगों को नौकरी मिल चुकी है, जिससे कोयला खदान प्रभावित इलाकों के युवाओं को आर्थिक आजादी और बेहतर भविष्य मिला है।
