Paytm Subsidiary First Games Gets ₹5,008 Cr GST Demand Relief

Paytm's subsidiary, First Games Technology, has received significant relief as its Goods and Services Tax (GST) demand has been reduced to ₹703.66 crore. This is a substantial reduction from the initial demand of ₹5,712 crore for the period between April 2018 and March 2023. The revised order was issued by the Additional Commissioner of CGST, Noida. One 97 Communications stated that this revised order will not have any incremental financial impact on the parent company. First Games has ceased its real-money gaming operations following new regulations.

Paytm की सब्सिडियरी First Games Technology को बड़ी राहत मिली है क्योंकि उसकी गुड्स एंड सर्विसेज टैक्स (GST) डिमांड घटाकर ₹703.66 करोड़ कर दी गई है। यह अप्रैल 2018 से मार्च 2023 की अवधि के लिए ₹5,712 करोड़ की शुरुआती डिमांड से काफी कम है। यह संशोधित ऑर्डर CGST, नोएडा के एडिशनल कमिश्नर ने जारी किया है। One 97 Communications ने कहा कि इस संशोधित ऑर्डर का पैरेंट कंपनी पर कोई अतिरिक्त वित्तीय प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा। First Games ने नए नियमों के बाद रियल-मनी गेमिंग ऑपरेशंस बंद कर दिए हैं।
